Make any old basic Bicep Curl or Lunge a total body move by adding another muscle group.
Squat 2X = Squat/Overhead Press
Lunge 2X = Lunge/Bicep Curl
You can also make moves 2X by adding a balance component.
Tricep Press 2X = Tricep Press/One Leg Balance Leg Extension
Split Stance One Arm Row 2X = One Arm Row/Hamstring Curl
